Each favour comes packaged as shown in their images. There is no additional charge for packaging.
No, sorry! As we are regularly updating our product line with new and exciting items, a
printed brochure would become out of date very quickly. The best place to view our full product
line is on our website or you can visit our shop in Mosta.
The general minimum order quantity for favours is 25 if the item is not in stock. However, if you need fewer favours do not hesitate to contact us, as depending on the item of your choice we might still be able to provide you with fewer favours. We have no minimum order for items in stock.
Orders can be placed by phone, e-mail, in person or through our website. Orders will only be confirmed upon payment of a deposit, which can be paid in person at our shop in Mosta, by cheque, credit card, PayPal or by direct transfer to a bank account.
Orders placed online can either be picked up from our shop in Mosta, usually within 2 working days – we shall contact you as soon as your order is ready. Otherwise you can opt for delivery, anywhere in Malta & Gozo. Delivery costs shall be as follows: For Deliveries to Malta, if the Sales value exceeds €30 the delivery is free, however if the order is less than €30 a charge of €5 will apply. For any deliveries to Gozo, the delivery charge will be €5. Delivery is usually done within 2 working days.
Yes, a 30% deposit of the total amount will be required to process an order. For invitations and other personalised items we require 50% deposit. The balance needs to be paid upon delivery of the goods. It is recommended that favours are ordered at least twelve weeks in advance.
Through our website only payment by credit card is accepted. Visa or MasterCard. At the shop, payments can be done either in cash, credit card, by cheque or by direct transfer to a bank account. BOV Mobile and PayPal are also accepted.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
– Returns are made within 3 months from delivery date
– The product is in its original packaging, including any ribbons or tags that are attached to the favours
– There is a maximum return of 10 items
– Favours on sale are not returnable
– The product isn’t used or damaged
– You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. Please contact us before you return the product:
