printed brochure would become out of date very quickly. The best place to view our full product
line is on our website.
Orders must be placed through our website. Should you have a problem in placing the order kindly contact us on 7930 0023 for assistance.
Orders placed online can either be picked up from our shop in Mosta on a Saturday from 9am till 12pm – we shall contact you as soon as your order is ready. Otherwise you can opt for delivery, anywhere in Malta & Gozo. When spending €30 or more delivery is free of charge for both Malta & Gozo. However if the order is less than €30 a charge of €5 will apply. Delivery is usually done within 2-3 working days for non printed material. For printed material delivery takes an approx 12 additional days.
Through our website only payment by credit card is accepted. Visa or MasterCard. At the shop, payments can be done either in cash, credit card or by cheque. BOV Mobile, Revolut and PayPal are also accepted.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
– Returns are made within 3 months from delivery date
– The product is in its original packaging, including any ribbons or tags that are attached to the favours
– There is a maximum return of 10 items
– Favours on sale are not returnable
– The product isn’t used or damaged
– You have the receipt or proof of purchase
